Classic Wine Tasting

1. To book, you will reserve your preferred event date and time. 
2. Upon booking, you will receive an automated Zoom link for your event and a dedicated Event Manager. Your dedicated Event Manager will handle all the details to meet your team’s needs. 
3. Within 24 hours of booking, your Event Manager will follow up with two options for collecting addresses from your team: some text
   • If you need to gather addresses: Use our address collection form.
   • If you already have the addresses: Submit them through our bulk address form. 
4. Finalize your headcount 14 days prior to the event date by sending an email confirmation to your Event Manager. 
5. We will send you an all-inclusive invoice. 
6. After payment, we’ll ship the kits, which will arrive at least 3-5 days before the event. 
7. On the day of your event, our host will guide you seamlessly from start to finish via Zoom!

Kit Components

3 Seasonally Chosen Wines - White, Red, and Rose

Participants are welcomed by the host, who introduces the wine tasting experience and the wines included in the kit. The host explains the fundamentals of wine tasting—sight, smell, and taste—and walks the group through tasting each wine, providing insights into flavor profiles, regions, and pairings. Participants are encouraged to discuss their impressions. The session ends with a group screenshot and wine-pairing suggestions.
