Zen Garden

1. To book, you will reserve your preferred event date and time. 
2. Upon booking, you will receive an automated Zoom link for your event and a dedicated Event Manager. Your dedicated Event Manager will handle all the details to meet your team’s needs. 
3. Within 24 hours of booking, your Event Manager will follow up with two options for collecting addresses from your team: some text
   • If you need to gather addresses: Use our address collection form.
   • If you already have the addresses: Submit them through our bulk address form. 
4. Finalize your headcount 14 days prior to the event date by sending an email confirmation to your Event Manager. 
5. We will send you an all-inclusive invoice. 
6. After payment, we’ll ship the kits, which will arrive at least 3-5 days before the event. 
7. On the day of your event, our host will guide you seamlessly from start to finish via Zoom!

Kit Components

Tray, White Sand, Rake Engraved Stones, Decorative Rocks, Tea Candle

The host begins with a warm welcome and introduces the Zen Garden activity. Participants are guided through assembling their garden with sand, stones, and miniature rakes while learning mindfulness techniques for relaxation. The host engages the group by discussing the symbolism of each element in the garden. The session wraps up with a screenshot and take-home mindfulness practices to incorporate into daily life.
